Read this report from Jon Barron, campus minister:
OK… Deep breath…. exhale….. repeat several times. That was the state of my emotion last night, and probably is to some extent today. Anyhow, to all of you that have been praying, thanks…  My hope for the event was that we would have 900 students come and fill out the bottom of our Brock auditorium. Well then God says, “Jon, you of little faith!!!” Don’t you remember what I did for the 5,000???” Yes, I was reminded that my God is bigger and does the unexpected (why I don’t expect more is another lack of faith issue) more than I can ever imagine. Our auditorium sits 1600… we had about 30 seats open. So last night approximately 1570 students heard the gospel (can’t wait to write that in a report!!) There were 182 decisions of some sort at the end of it all.  Now is the important part, the follow up and discipleship. Please continue to pray that we connect with these students and get them into small groups. Again, it was an awesome day and night. Thanks again for all your prayers and support.

Thank you Kentucky Baptists for your gifts to the Eliza Broadus Offering which helped make these events possible.  Please pray for all who made decisions and the follow-up that will be taking place.  Please give to this year’s Eliza Broadus Offering which provides support for KBC collegiate ministries.  Learn more at:  www.kywmu.org/ebo.
